Welcome to Thorn Bloom Spa & Wellness. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

   1. Home Service Only
     Thorn Bloom Spa & Wellness provides professional wellness and massage services exclusively at the customer's chosen location. We do not operate a public spa or walk-in facility.
​
  2. Appointments & Bookings
     All appointments are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team. Thorn Bloom Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any booking due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
     Customers may reschedule their appointment by informing us in advance, subject to therapist availability.
Appointments cancelled after confirmation or where the therapist has already been dispatched will incur a 40% cancellation fee based on the total booking value.
     Failure to respond, customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal of service upon therapist arrival may also be treated as a cancellation and may attract the same cancellation charge.

  4. Late Arrival
     If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, the waiting time may be deducted from the booked session. Extended delays may require cancellation or rescheduling.

  5. Health & Medical Conditions
    Customers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other health concerns before the treatment begins. Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  6. Professional Conduct
    Our therapists maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Any inappropriate behaviour, abusive language, harassment, illegal requests, intoxication, or unsafe environment will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  7. Safe Working Environment
    Customers are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and respectful environment for the therapist. Thorn Bloom Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is considered unsafe.

  8. Payments
     Payment must be completed using the available payment methods before or immediately after the service, as instructed during booking.

  9. Refund Policy
    Completed services are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable due to exceptional circumstances, shall be determined solely by Thorn Bloom Spa & Wellness.

  10. Service Availability
      Service availability, therapists, timings, and pricing may change without prior notice.

  11. Limitation of Liability
     To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Thorn Bloom Spa & Wellness shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
